You are eligible for a 3-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund if the request is made within 3 calendar days of activation for a new hosting order.
Important: Reseller Hosting plans are non-refundable due to upfront resource allocation.

- Reseller Hosting (Non-refundable)
- Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer
- Suspended/Terminated Accounts
Note: Domains are non-refundable once registered, as they are instantly provisioned with registries.
2. Refund Conditions
- Refund applies once per customer only.
- Refunds are not available after the 3-day window.
- No refund for partially used periods beyond eligibility.
- No refund if the hosting account is terminated due to TOS violation.
3. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or HostMyIdea wallet, at our discretion.
- Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
4. No Questions Asked
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, no explanation is required. HostMyIdea reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, policy violations, or repeated refund requests.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate account suspension, permanent service termination, and blacklisting from future purchases.
